Using of fuzzy logic methods for defining random processes' characteristics

In the paper necessity of random processes' classification in industrial control systems have been considered. Informative signs and existent methods for the classification have been analyzed. The new approach has been suggested. According to it the process type (stationary or non-stationary), process kind (additive, multiplicative or additive-multiplicative) and deterministic constituent's kind are classification signs. A realization-based algorithm for the random processes' classification has been proposed. It implies application of non-parametric criteria, Hurst items, Bayesian classifying procedure and fuzzy logic.

Forecasting models for control systems of heat-and-power engineering objects

Design and analysis of a forecasting model for safe operation of control system of an object have been considered. As an example the control system of supply water level in a stream drum boiler has been described. It has been shown that the method of exponential smoothing gives ability to estimate trend parameters characterizing not an averaged process level but a tendency taking place at a moment of the last observation.

Coordinating information system of management of transport unit infrastructures

In the paper a set of problems has been considered, their solution is necessary for design and application of a coordinating information system. This system is created for increasing efficiency of processing ships, wagons, cars and optimization of overloading processes in a seaport. Some results for basing of structure and composition of software and hardware means needed to design coordinating information system for control of a transport unit have been given. Application of new information technologies in seaports allows accelerate organizational and planning processes. Development of management methods do not only decrease time on decision making, but also increases their efficiency.

Study of adaptive features of heat supply systems using fuzzy control methods

Heat supply control for a local district within a town living zone taking into account power consumer characteristics has been proposed. It is assumed that heat supply control for houses is realized via individual heat points. Simulation results of joint operation of heat supply source (heating boiler), stations for transmission of thermal power (central heat points) and consumers have been presented. It has been proposed to apply algorithms of situational control by objects of heat supply system within the class "situation – strategy – action" basing on fuzzy control methods.
